Skyway - or the Highway, Have I been robbed?????? Options

Hi guys,

I have just signed up to the forum after reading a post from a few years ago about "Fake Skyway" F&F.

I ride a WTP Zodiac ATM although being 38 I have always loved Skyway. Could never afford one as a kid.

Saw F&F of white Skyway Styler and just driven 100 miles to collect it. The seller was a bit sketcy. Its in a tatty old box, but seems genuine. Has Skyway stamped into the forks and a serial number on the bottom bracket.

Paid £170 GBP for it. I can get some photo's tonight if helps.

I am only worried as its in a box from Taiwan. (Fully printed Skyway though) with 'STYLER' on it.

Any help to an elderely rider in the UK would be amazing!!

Have now taken photos of every single angle.

Looking at tube set up - seems I have bought a Street Styler frame, but someone stuck TA decal on it.


Now wondering whether to sell it on (think will lose money) or do a custom build.

Decisions decisions.........

Other than the decals on mine - it looks identical, although the stamp on the bottom bracket is totally different...

Ok its a streetstyler for sure, with a TA headtube decal incorrect for that frame who knows why?? skyway did do the streetstylers in white,

You can see the difference between the seat tubes the styler is straight the beat is tear drop.
let me know if you want to sell it I will buy it.
streetstylers were the low end range for skyway along with the streetscene.
