a friend of mine is playin around with rear cog sizes...decimal gearing on the rear cog....dont really know the tolerance/sizes yet but.. rennen does the chainring thing and seemed to give the rider a mechanical advantage, now even more of an advantage with the decimal rear cog and standard gearing up front...

thoughts???

First to bring it to market, yes. Ability to claim it as their idea? No. Not at all. There have been SEVERAL bmx'ers over the years to do it to gears for their own benefit and for friends. Kind of an underground well kept secret among the tinkerers.

A rennen original idea? No. Far from it. First to test and document results for the publics consumption and produce for retail? Yes.
