Dandridge is about 12 miles or so down the interstate from the arena. I'm staying at the Motel 6 in Newport, TN for $34 a night. It's about 15 miles from the arena, but down back roads.

Not sure if there's anything left but I got rooms at the Red Roof Inn in Newport for like $38/night. It has a indoor pool and there were multiple locations that showed above average reviews for a low-end hotel.
