Here is my workouts for the last 7 days
Monday exercycle for 1.5 hours as fast as I could go
tuesday heavy weights for upper body 230 crunches
wednesday 4 hours at the track did about 50 gates and 60 laps
thursday back on the weights, light work out 180 crunches
friday 20 minutes on the exercycle super hard, had a terribly stressful end to my day and thats all I could mentally handle.
Saturday practice for about an hour solid, then raced class and a cruiser open did the best I have done...ever
Sunday back on the weights after 2 hours killing myself in they yard, buckets of sweat.
Today shooting for 1.5 hours on the exercycle.
No days off, no excuses.
