just went to book a room for two nights at the CLOCKTOWER. and they said they were totally booked already and there were no rooms available for the night of the 20th. the 21st was okay just not the 20th. any one else getting a room there? mike is this place gonna be " the spot" for this years festivities.

Of course we're doing this. Jake and Candy at the track have our usual area set aside (complete with the same parking arrangement as last year, which gave much easier access to the space), and the evening program--while slow to materialize--is finally coming into focus.

I have hit some snags with guest speakers and locations not working out, so that is what has caused the delay in announcing the full details. I abhor the idea of announcing one thing, then saying "no, it's this"...then saying "um..now it's this" Hence my silence until things were fully-dialed.

We're not going to be centered at the Clocktower, so you have a wide array of hotels to choose from.
