AZ. SoCal results BMX news '76,'77,'78, boxes of results found ! Options

Greetings,

O.K., so we cleaned out the parents garage 2 years ago. Just got around to opening a few and found boxes of pristine issues of BMX news, AZ. BMX news and the bullsheet among others. These have got me remembering names and places that was long forgotten(or so I thought).
I found an AZ. post from a year or two ago and was amazed that some of the BMX racers from AZ/SoCal scene in the 70's are cruising this site. Thanks for the recommendation Cheez.
As I used to publish a BMX newsletter every week for a couple of years, I have almost EVERY race result from the PHX. area from mid '76 to mid '78 as well as much of the SoCal published stories and results.

If there is enough interest in this post.......I'll add images as much as is practical.

Hey Cheez....you ever drive that Comet to GCC ? I saw a buddy at the reunion that was totally into the street scene in the 70's/80's. He remembered a yellow comet that would cruise through GCC occasionally.

Yeah I went to GCC. There was another guy who also went there that had a yellow Maverick w/Cragars and a scoop. We belonged to the same car club, Central Arizona Street Machines. I think his name was Kenny, kinda of a doushe. I could never get him to run me he always had some lame excuse. Used to cruise Metro allot. I'm sure you remember doin that it was in your back yard.
