Are the rear aluminum cogs good for adults or just younger riders?

The rear cogs are 7075 Al same as the gearing and they do hold up extremely well guys like Shawn Diprete have been running them for years along with a few AA's

I'm 6'1" 205 and I ran one almost all last summer with zero issues.

Another question, I run a 39t front. looking at the site, I click on 39t & there is another choice that says.. ".OT" & so on. What is this? I just want a 39t front.

the .0T is a regular 39T gear the .1 .2 .7 .8 .9 are the decimal gearing options
