aba grands schedule/ flight suggestions? Options

anyone know when is the best time to fly in for the aba grands.. first time for us just looking at flights ahead of time.

looking at the schedule when do you have to be there practice wise...looking at a pro practice and anything else/races you can suggest...

rent a car at the airport? someplace else? any shuttles to the venue or do you absolutely need a car??

hotel to suggest for easiest /close access to venue?

I would suggest fly in on Wednesday and get a good nights sleep, the next four days will be very long. also I would not book a Sunday night flight, as you will likely miss it if you make the mains.

You will need a car for sure.

As far as hotels, the host hotel is good, but there are other places too. There is one hotel right at the Expo Center but it fills up quick.
