This is good news, but now the secret is out about why I have 4 44 tooth chainrings. It will certainly make things easier and it certainly has to be more accurate than what we did. The Dremel tool will be getting some rest. Thanks, Rennen.

Geoge,

Get with me asap. I want you as a guest on the Grands web cast talking about this. Do you have any video or images that you can send so we can make a nice video piece explain in more detail how it works?

Maybe some shots of you actually creating the gear in the CNC machine?

What a bunch of "hoo haw"!! I am sealing and filling my bars, frame and tire tubes with helium. Who wants in on my "snake oil" technology?

Just kidding. This is a major advance for BMX. Keep up the great work. Worthy of a Nobel.

Snipes.

Oops!

Now posted on the BMXNEWS article

GC [aka Fast Feet],

What am I missing on the Decimal Gear Chart?..........looking at the standard 44 / 16 combo, shouldn't this read 55.0. I am assuming that this chart is for 20" wheel sizes.

44 / 16 = 2.75 * 20 = 55.0

Your chart shows 44.00......what am I missing?

This system really helps those who run White Freewheels. Since the smallest white goes to is a 16T.
