This is good news, but now the secret is out about why I have 4 44 tooth chainrings. It will certainly make things easier and it certainly has to be more accurate than what we did. The Dremel tool will be getting some rest. Thanks, Rennen.

Maybe some shots of you actually creating the gear in the CNC machine?

george you might wanna go indepth about the other training device your riders have been using along with these gears.....before some one beats you to it
What am I missing on the Decimal Gear Chart?..........looking at the standard 44 / 16 combo, shouldn't this read 55.0. I am assuming that this chart is for 20" wheel sizes.

44 / 16 = 2.75 * 20 = 55.0
Your chart shows 44.00......what am I missing?
