Sorry to bump this but I am still confused as to how many 2010 26" were produced, as most of you stated above "who cares" but it would be good to know, I heard someone say 1500, but TL is quoting 550, if so were they stamped sequentially?

Doesnt it make sense that if TL says 550. your not gonna get a better number. Do you want speculation from some so called expert that doesnt work for SE.
By the way. It seems logical that the numbers would be sequential, but its not always so. I have seen pairs of stereo speakers purchased at the same time with the serial numbers being way off. So lets give these guys the benifit of the doubt.

Benefit of the doubt? I was asking an honest question with no malice intended, the reason for my question is that i know of at least another 2 or 3 2010 26" LIMITED EDITION Quads with their serials in the seven hundreds, hence me asking if they run sequential digits.

Todd has also stated publically that the initial run of 2010 26" Quads was supposed to be 500, but the factory accidentaly doubled it. That was why the mass closeout.
His post on this thread stated 550 to the US. Could be another 450 across the rest of the world.
Numbered sequentially, but not shipped as such. 550 in the U.S. doesn't mean 1-550 in the U.S.
Exactly. We ordered 550 into the USA. Maybe another 200 or so were ordered worldwide by our foreign distributors. Just because we ordered 550 into the USA does not mean that we got #'s 1-550 in the USA.
