Bike Identification, Can anybody tell me what kind of frame this is?

It looks like a Dyno, but it has the Looptail rear triangle...It has a Redline type Headtube gussett?
I have a chance to pick it up, but not 100% sure of what it is......

i'd agree that it's probably a later, lower-end Hutch of some sort.
