Just get rid of any jumps in those areas to help avoid a malicious NacNac.

....I always like to watch my kid over the last jump. if he is out fromt you never know how big a whip he will throw out........he may even yell out a "Texas" shout!!

Style is style, time has nothing to do with it, or progression, or any of that jazz. Ugly is as ugly does. I like it when it looks like trails, flowing through, with body english here and there and maybe a quick trick or two.
This whole yank on the clips and throw your body around awkwardly stuff is for the birds

i HATE, HATE, HATE the stupid clipped style that goes on now... ugly, ugly, ugly. kids yank on their clips and get all squirrely looking and think that is style...

+1 on that! After a several year absence from the BMX track I came back and cringed when I kept seeing everyone doing this. It's just goofy looking.

I say a good old flattie or just some natural smooth style is timeless (Brian Foster in the 90s).

Kris Fox has style for milessss. I love watching him ride. And so does Josh Meyers. Both sick dudes on the come up.

Kris and Josh are so great to watch but I really like to see Tommy Zula and Justin Posey when they have a good lead. Those kids are sick to be young.

I like X-ups, whips, and turndowns just like everyone else but what I think is cool is when a rider just has style.

What I mean by that is, everything about how they ride is smooth and looks good, from how they jump, manual, get a gate everything. Kind of a mastery of every skill.

Kris fox is one of those riders. Its so amazing the way he jumps and manuals, Most of the IPOT riders have that same style but Kris has it the most. That crazy bump jump, and pull manual to bump is fast, smooth and stylish. I saw Josh Meyers do a pull manual bump jump (some call it a tire tap manual) at high springs this weekend and it was amazing.

Steven Cisar has a crazy way of nosing in to jumps that looks pretty cool too. It kind of looks like what Nate is talking about with the yanking on the clips but he rides the same way on Flats and when Cisar does it.... it doesn't look sketchy at all. It just looks cool. In the On the gate films "ground Up" movie you get to see these guys showcase thier style and get a new appreciation for how much skill and talent they have.

I saw that Josh bump jump it did look cool . The only pro I see really pulling out the style card is CJ . During races Ive seen him reach over and try to tap the top of the helmet of the guy next to him .
