Mid School Clayborn Info Needed, anyone else have a chromoly clayborn 24? Options

I am looking for more info on a 24" chromoly Clayborn. Pics, production dates? I was told by the current owner that they did a small batch of chromoly before he owned the company, so I was looking to see how many more of these chromoly cruisers were made. I have not seen another one.
starting to think these may be rarer than the oh so sought after widowmakers. any info on these frames would be super helpfull.

I don't know about 24" but I had a full chromo 20" clayborn back in 94, it was called "The Backbone" it was built for dirtjumping. It had a 21" TT. They also sold a 20"TT model called "The Exepress". I wish I had never sold it and I would pay a few bills to get another. Clayborn has changed hands a few times in the past. When I ordered mine I had to get it direct from Clayborn in FL, no ditributors at that time.

was your 94 a 1 1/8 headset? v brakes? I think this may be from around 96? thanks for the post. Ryan

Nope, it was a standard 1" threaded. I dont think clayborn made the jump to threadless till 95.
