The shrugged shoulders would lead you to believe that .But its not joe .If you could zoom like i can in original email youd tell he is white .
Hint :He is in the pic with doug zimmer and doni hier and prolly only raced cruiser 8-10 times in his life .
Hint :2 he was at the kettering old school race .
I was blown away by this pic cause i didnt even remember him racing cruiser at all.

Nope whitey and todd and lausman were all too young to have raced this age in app.1986 .id say he was 16?
Im thinking that may be waterford michigan?
