Maybe they are giving props to "Big" of Rob and Big by calling it a "Big Ripper?" Maybe????

QUOTE (Brian L @ Jul 15 2008, 08:21 AM) *
Did you see the Buy It Now? A whopping $2,200! As much as I would love to have that bike, there is NO WAY I would even consider paying that much. I still would like to know what these are going to cost once they go into regular production.

BTW, I would rather see the production version called a P.K. Ripper instead of a Big Ripper.

PK would be better

"Big Ripper" sounds like something that happens after a eating too much chilli.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)

I hope it will get at least 28" wide bars... 30" would be even better. I hate the new trend of narrow bars that make bikes handle squirrely... if someone wants narrow bars they can just cut them down, but when they start making 26" and narrower bars it leaves us bigger guys totally screwed.

Actually, if you are looking at aftermarket bars, most are 28 inches again. It's the new trend. Some comapnies like Odyssey's Lumberjack bars are even bigger.
