OK...I clicked on the link...

While this is the same video clip I've seen before, it's not the same thing.

What I was (incorrectly) assuming this was, is a proggie that takes hold of your web browser & bounces it all around your screen, forcing you to reboot...that one is worth a ban, this one isn't.
