To all the great guys on this site. I sadly am getting out of the collecting of Vintage bmx. I touched on this a little bit a few months back. I have since bought a bar to go along with my day job, kids sports, etc and have no time for it. My son hasn't raced (nor I in a few years). You guys are a very informative and well knowledged in the sport. I met alot of you at Rockford in the past and it was a great time at the track and the banquets. Maybe down the road my son will get the itch and he will get the old school fever together. I will still pop in the site from time to time just to see how things are going. Thanks to guys like Mikkopeters, Subwax and all the other guys I swapped parts and stories with. Thank you to all the guys and gals that bought items from me in the past and the honest guys who I bought from (I never got screwed in thousands of dollars in transactions).
I am in need of quick cask for a down payment on a new truck so I am dumping everything on ebay. i don't have time to post everything on this site and wait back for reply and offers. That is why I put them on Evilbay (lol). I will start with the complete bikes (except for my original Redline 500a). My 1983 Redline 102b, 600a, 1983 Kuwahara Nova, MX-II f/f, etc. If they don't sell I will part them out at a later date. I will then move on to the other parts, decals, etc. I don't know if I am asking too much or too little money off the get go, but I know I spent ALOT on them. I know I won't recoup all the money and that is fine. I just hope they will help you guys get your hands on some of those hard to get parts. Take a look on ebay if you are interested.
Thanks again and don't be afraid to drop me a email @ dturco@roadrunner.com
Keep it old school forever!
