I hate Sandbaggers Options

Today my sons friend won the first go around of a total points race (6 novice), but comes off the the track crying. We ask him why he is crying and he tells us that the kid that got second said his dad told him to lose. I mentioned it to someone and in the second and third go around this kid doesn't even race, because he was afraid they were going to give him the win for sandbagging. To make things worse during the mains someone hears this little boys older brother telling someone I'm not racing because I don't want to move up, because I am going to win Rockford. What a bunch of S@#$

Why is there not a call for more local open racing by the sandbaggers? It is perfect. The baggers can stop the bagging and race. The baggers get what they want, move up after their 5 national wins, tracks get more riders to ride. The novices would stay in the novice ranks longer than 2.5 months (sorry wrong topic). This will allow the sport to keep the baggers in Novice and Intermediate for years maybe even decades!!
Open races will save local racing. Wow, and I am not even from Indiana
