The "Rooster".. I remember him. He had me come over to his apt. once to train with him, well kinda train.. he raced around his parking lot with his helmet on..He was one of a kind..

I don't understand the MN districts. It should be all one district. Then you have a true #1 for the year. There are dudes in one certain district that will get a number plate with barely any points...
