The Silverdome bmx race back in the 80's Options

Does anyone remember that race in the ponatic silver dome back in 81 i think i would love to see some pics from then...i remember racing it. It was so cool i think i was like 10 or 11 at the time.....

Do a search for "silverdome" and "Michigan", there have been a couple great threads with lots of good stuff.

I was there. Was a great trip. All the way there in the back of my dads pick up. We did have a topper but it still got a little chilly.
I did pretty well in the race, until, going into the first turn, I was in second making a move, the guy in first shut the door and stuck a pedal in my front wheel. You know how that went. I had to hurry to find another wheel to make my next class.
