Found a really early Profile frame, '79 or '80

Here is an early Profile frame I got. It has no holes in dropouts, seat stay is even with top tube, early decals, no cross bar.
I have heard it was possibly a '79 -'80.

Yup, that's a beauty. What's the top tube length center to center? I have the perfect forks and ti bb for that. Possibly even the cranks depending on frame size.
