Cheez,
I know its a Hutch you dumb ass. I can read. I wanted to know if its real because someone told me it could be a remake. I don't plan on selling it I just wanted to know what model it is and you must be a fool. I stated it's a hutch in my post, I wanted to know what model it is not the make. You need to stay in Illinois with all the other people that would make comments like that. and thank you agentheinz I appreciate your help.

A remake? I think JDB filed court papers over anything that has ever looked like a Hutch.

Here is his post before he edited it:

"I have had this BMX since I was a kid. I bought it at a garage sale in the mid 80's. It is a chrome Hutch frame with a serial # of 001 printed on the bottom of the frame where the crank is located. It has Araya Rims and the old school white tires. I was told by a collector I met it is worth some money but i am not exactly sure what model it is or what I should look to get out of it. I am not that up to speed on all of this. I am actually looking to sell it but I want to identify what it is so I can price it accordingly. I also need to know where is a good place to list a bike like this where it will get the most exposure to collectors. Thanks for all of your help.
I know someone on this site can direct me in the right direction. Thanks again"

Why would someone who has owned the bike this long be worried if it was a "remake"?????????

Repops weren't exactly the thing to do in 1988 for 1983 Hutch frames.

Also, if this "collector" told him it was worth some money, why couldn't he also say what the model was? Or what it was worth? Or where to list it?

They don't know a good thing when they see it.
