Thursday will be a setup day, No riding on the track. but teams ,vendors,campers,and food folk's can come in and get setup....the plan is to keep down as much traffic as possible from friday night to mid afternoon sunday inside the track area....I know some folk's might not be able to get in untill friday, so call pat ahead.....we have tons of room for pop up tents and have marked out some 20 x 20 spots in the prime areas. I have another set of bleachers bieng brought in for extra viewing pleasure on the last straight and pop up tents can go behind the bleachers. we have a ten foot buffer around the fence of the track and a 20' driveway all the way around the park for freedom of foot traffic , vendors row is wide open and factory row is going to look like a real Pit area. all parking is going to be outside of the track area in the parking lot and along the canal front , we also have a overflow lot @ the baseball fields...
DO NOT BRING 4-WHEELERS,GOLF CARTS,MINI BIKES,MOPEDS etc. St. Cloud Police will be onsite....no motorized vehicles on city property....I would hate for someone to get a ticket or have there stuff impounded!spread the word :It will not be tolerated(and you know how the city budgets are short, they want to make some money!)
this is why the camping is inside!
if you have alot to setup I would try to make it in on Thur.
