with the new addition of 3 mains for pros what is your suggestion for mixing up/ changing the training to have enough left for 3 mains?,,,
looking for info on building endurance sprints which is kind of strange compared to past training for most.. spoke to a few diff pros and seems like everyone is doing something different..
big bird suggestions? esp for those without a track within 15 mins ...thanks!
Racing Pro class is for the big boys. Three mains is a test of a true Pro.
