Traded a guy somethings I had already made some money off of for this bike. He claims he was a Factory SE rider in mid 80's for short time and then switched to Kuwahara. He claims he did some freestyle riding and kept breaking PK's so he sat down with a builder and they built him two of these frames.Somethings look right and others way off. There been some rough years for the guy so none of the parts are anything. Check out the pics and any feedback would be great. I could not get photos to load here so her is the link to the album. Thanks

Chainguard tabs and kickstand mount. Unless SE started selling bikes at Walmart, this is definitely not a PK.

I don't see how that would be a stronger than a PK and it is a department store bike.

Back of my mind I knew what it was, but I hadn't seen a PK for so long. Thought it was worth hauling to the dump. Still made out ok on the trade and don't deal with dudes who look like they might have a a little meth issue and live with their girlfreinds mother and they are 46. Damn, I gotto go and get this hook out of my mouth. Thanks for the responses. Joel

SE did do some one off frames in the later years that Scot owned the company but I am sure this is not one of them! It's not a PK for sure! That guy is (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Just my 2 cents, that is not a PK Ripper but the welding quality is far better than anything I ever saw in Toys R Us.
The better welders always wanted their welds to look like "rows of dimes" laid diagonally.
The square tubing on the rear is rather unique also.
FWIW I have a later Haro Master that had a chain guard tab on it.
Clean it up and ride it.
