On behalf of the Board of Directors of Texas Bicycle Motocross Hall of Fame, I am pleased to announce the names of the inaugural induction class of Texas Bicycle Motocross Hall of Fame. These riders represent the most accomplished racers from the 1970’s, which was the first decade of the sport in the state of Texas. These seven riders, sorted by region, are as follows.
Albert Delgado – Amarillo Region Kevin Hull – Austin Region Don Johle – Dallas Region Rusty Roberts – Dallas Region Dee Chipps – Fort Worth Region Jeff Osmus – Fort Worth Region Steve Haynes – Lufkin Region
These riders will be officially inducted into Texas Bicycle Motocross Hall of Fame on Saturday, March 17th, 2012 at a ceremony in Desoto, Texas. More details regarding the induction ceremony can be found on the organization’s web site, www.texasbmxhof.org.
Join me in congratulating these riders, as well as the other seventeen nominees, all of which will be recognized during the induction ceremony in March.

Make sure to stop by and say "hello" to myself and the reset of the Texas BMX HOF board members. I know for sure two of them (Mike Maberry and Bernie Anderson) will be interested in seeing those Blazer frames.

I hope i'm racing by then. I went down there like two Friday's ago, that track is nice!! Great job they are doing there. I had to go down there for a friend who was buying a car, had to test drive the car, it's getting shipped to Iowa.
