Steel Wheels vibe is rockin'

45 or so motos last night and cruiser classes were stacked! full gates in both 36-40 and 41-45 mains. High energy in the place and exciting racing in all the age brackets. Winter is going to be a lot of fun!

Thanks for the report. Steel Wheels is the best indoor in the Midwest without a doubt. Can't wait to make the trip there this winter.

Thanks Chris! Not only were those cruiser classes stacked...there were classes for the 46+ girls and the 46-50 guys....and on the other end of the spectrum ...full gates of little guys almost all the way up the motosheet. Had a blast and was very glad you did too. As an asside...the two "serious" wrecks both turned out to be sprains and both (the Cruiser rider and the 13 Girl.)..walked out of the ER...that is always good news!! Practice was busy Friday night as well...with over 100 riders signed up to practice. Thanks to all who come and ride at Steel Wheels...you guys make this place a fun and exciting place to race !

awesome news about the crashes not being as serious as they seemed. Very glad they're ok. Thanks for what you and the rest of the Steel Wheels Team does for our sport in this area. We have a couple of little guys in our Michigan team that makes the weekly trip and they had a great time. Fun for all.

haven't seen kick. remember the name from racing BITD though. Mich City indoor.

Went for practice this past Friday. Track was in great shape and I had a blast. Aside from the fact that I almost crashed multiple times. Who would think you'd get that rusty after not riding for two months? Jeeze.
