Rollers, Do most good riders use these to train indoors?

when he posted this i watched it without sound first and though he just sped up the video. haha.

since my last post about standing or sitting i changed the possition of the front drum on my rollers and can now stand and sprint. what a huge difference, it makes me not despise the rollers as much.

dave i think danny did the same thing when he first got his. you have to adjust the rollers to your bike i totally forgot about that - its been so long since he got his (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

you should see the skid marks behind the rollers on the rubber floor i just noticed them the other day loli guess thats what happens when you go faster than you want to....still a great workout text him he is changing things up a bit w/the rollers this season...
