Yupper the track is less than 10 miles from the house so I have been out there working on it trying to make the opening date.The red Floval was sold a while ago on Ebay.

Hey guys, Thanks for all the kind words, and support this year. I am going to write more, and will be posting a "post-mortem" thread tonight, where we can get more specific on what worked and what didn't.

I have been a little behind the curve these past few days, trying to get my race photos posted, write my story on the race for the Pull Magazine, and then chill in the dark for 36 hours after the Tuesday storms knocked out half of the western suburbs.

Let me say that there WILL be a Rockford 2012, and I will be running it. That was always the plan, and I think people heard what I said last year BEFORE I decided to do this year's event, and took it as a forever thing. As you may remember, I was thinking of throwing in the towel entirely after a bad-taste in 2010, but decided to shake it off and keep it rolling. I'm glad I did!

We are already working on the 2012 event, and have an amazing concept cookin.

Tom, I had not heard about your grandfather passing until I read through this thread...man, I'm so sorry for your loss!

14 States and 110 Bikes is what was in the Pull article.There was a lot of shoppers and drop ins from old Pro's and racers daily.
