Boss seat post clamp

Can anyone id this old clamp. I heard it was a Tange and the seller tells me for sure it is considered a 1st gen Boss.

There was a company out of Kansas that made stuff like that. Not sure if its one of there clamps. I think they were called Hardcore. I met them at the ABA Arvada National in 92 to help you date the search for info on them.
