Chuck I remember you, My name is Randy Lee And won the PXA championship in 1976 On my Mongoose Awsome Memories. I raced there all the time against the Battle Bro's. And Meat And Stu Ulrich, Do you remember John Donelson Him And I really battled it out when he came to race there, I always rode with number 440. It is funny I moved to Peoria in 76-78 on Aboust 71st and bell rd. I then got into motocross and raced with alot of local guy's you may know of. Gary Dirks, john and Pat imbrielie, david crawford. We then Moved to Oklahoma in Late 78 And I have been here ever since I own a motorcycle business for the past 12 Years. Thanks for the good memeories. Later Randy

Hey I raced mx too, yep I knew all those guy's too. Do you remember the Clucas Bros Rich, Bill, and Jeff? Jeff and I went from pre-school thru 8th grade together and we are still really tight. Bill Clucas kicked *** in the 125 class. I started mx on a yamaha enduro 60 then 80B, 80D w/100cc kit, 125E, then husky 390 CR. You probably remember the county cycle team then. They ruled Beeline mx park. Crawford rode for county on a Maico. I can still see him flyin around the Beeline track with his long hair flyin out from under him helmet. We also raced ADRA out in Buckeye alot too. Back to BMX do you remember Tom Ketchings? He could have been a great racer if he had took it seriously, he didn't race often, but when he did he smoked the field. Hey Randy what high school did you go to? Your name sound familliar but I can't quite place you. I went to Alhambra, the Paynes and Ketchings went to Apollo. Do you rember Randy White (not related) very fast and rode a webco. Scottsdale Jaycee's track was alright, there wasn't much room to make clean passes tho.

I remember at the award presentations in 76 for the championship for PXA being so nervous because I was going to have to kiss a Girl, Man That was along time ago most Guy's won't admit That. I remember Crawford with That long Hair Under that fullface street bike helment we all wore He was Very fast. Later Chuck

Chappy Blose, man I almost forgot about him. you wouldn't recognize Peoria HS. Old Miss is still there and used as well as most all the other old buildings. They have a new Gym and two story class room building. I was the Senior Structural Inspector for Peoria on that project, about a 35mil job. Ketchings was the first one at PXA with a Pro line, all red line including stem, bars, cranks, and post. It was white with red 7c's, red bullseyes, chrome double butted spokes, red oakleys, and the white w/red rl pads. Man everyone including myself drooled over that bike. I still remember it like it was yesterday. Great talking to ya, try to make it to Rockford, it will blow you away and we could do some more remenising.
