I lost my favorite ride many years ago to a thief while in college. This was what was left of my parts for my 88 Team Sport/Team Master.

Then came my "replacement bike" a 91 bashguard sport that I built up with some very choice components.

I'm going to be picky now. That is a '90.5 sport. The graphics are the same style as the '90 Bashguard Master but this bike isn't in the catalogue for that year.

I think I'm right in saying it's Tri-moly too (but could be wrong on that point).

Very cool bike though and quite rare. In '91, I wanted to buy one but despite placing a deposit, the shop sold it and so I got a '91 Airmaster instead.

You could be right. As I recall, I got the bike in 92, and they told me that the oldest model they had was a 91.5
Chro-mo for sure though. Love to get my 88 Team Sport abck though,
