My 1983 GHP has been resurrected!

I bought my 83 GHP frame/fork along with all the other pieces brand new and assembled it myself when I was 13. She saw a lot of action at the local track and even more riding all over town back in the day. I put the GHP in storage when I left for the military at age 18 and this is the first time she has seen daylight in 22 years and there was no rust at all. I need to replace the down tube sticker, grips, tires, brake pads and not sure if California light pads are still cool or not. I can’t wait to see my son riding this bike 
The frame and fork SN # is 1083334 which I assume means it was manufactured in Oct 1983 and is bike #334. Anyone know for sure if this is interpreted correctly and how many were produced that year?

I will post more pictures later after the minor restoration.

Man if it was me I would just ad grips and leave it. That is some terrific history going on right there.

Thanks for the cool feedback. Yep, those are JMC Racing bars. I remember these were the only bars that felt right for me. The tires are pretty much dry rotted so I have to replace them. Seems there are old school tires out there that look similar so that is a good news. Can't wait to finish shining her up along with the araya rims. Hope to have it completed soon.
