Here are the complete results of the 2009 show.

http://www.vintagebmx.com/rfd/rockford_2009_results.pdf

If your bike is not on the list, it means it did not get a vote, or if it did, the vote may have been entered in the wrong class (in order to be counted, a vote had to be entered in the proper class...so if you entered 700 (a custom bike) in "Best Cruiser" that vote was tossed out.

On some pages, you might see "Total Votes 0." That is an anomaly in the program so please disregard it (it simply means that one or more ballots entered have nothing entered for that category).

I know some of you have PMed me over the past few days asking about this. I hope this helps give you the info you are seeking.

Best,

M

P.S. These are in order of Entry Number, not finish.

P.P.S. In "Best Pre 80s Race Bike" it was discovered that two day-of entries had the same number (018). Thus, we made Josh Lloyd's bike 18A (but had to convert it to 18.5 in the database, because it was expecting a number for "Entry Number"). The two votes that had been cast for 018 by the time we learned of the error were divided up, one apiece, between the two.

Man, total votes for each category was all over the place. How many total ballots were given out?

Thanks for the info Mike, maybe I would have had more than 3 votes if had remembered the story board DOH! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Just talked to my son he was stoked that he got 2 votes, gotta start someware, great attitude (IMG:style_emoticons/default/good2.gif)

There were 87 ballots cast in all. Three more would have been cast, but were too late to accept.

Tell Loring he did a great job, and next year is right around the corner.

Best,

M

Thanks for posting the votes Mike!

I gotta say.... Retro was very close! Props to Chris May, Steve Kessler, and Gary Belisle. It was a very close tally, and all of those bikes were awesome.
