I have never been so this may be a dumb question. Is there an area inside to set up your "pit area" as in Ez-up and chairs & tools? Scott

The pits area is enormous - probably as big as a few football fields. Not sure if you need to pay or organize with ABA now USABMX - I'd suggest an email to them to avoid surprises there.

The airport is probably 10 miles and about as many minutes.

Rental car is on airport property and a short walk from bag claim.

You will have no reason to drive more than 10-15 minutes the whole weekend unless you choose to.

There is a Target, grocery store, liquor store all across the street from the venue/fairgrounds (directly east past the water slide)

Like Mike said, Email Shannon to be on the safe side, but you shouldn't have a problem setting up against or near the wall in the upper area on the back wall (this will make sense to you when you're on site).

Me, I'm a big fan of the Netti Pot, a big fan. Walgreens has a plastic one that's great for travel

Just use the waterbottle off of your mtn bike. Should work the same and save you having to spend 15 bucks for a new age teapot.

new age teapot.

New age? Yep, if you're a Cro-Magnon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sarcastic_hand.gif)
