Scored this two weeks ago on CL for $50!

I always read about such and such scoring a cool classic bike for $25-$50 and I thought I would never score such a cool bike for that much, let alone a Standard. But here it is thank God! Not much Standards in the 808 and I think i'm the only one currently riding one. It has quickly become my daily ride in my hood and my practice bike at the track. I just changed out the tires(Kenda SB eights), stem(50mm) and put on a new ACS chain to make it more track friendly. I really like this bike, so much so that i'm seriously considering getting a modern 125R for racing.

The bike frame has a few medium and small scratches here and there, and the fork and cranks has some rust/pitting on the chrome but nothing too bad. The Arayas has some pitting too. Overall it's in great condition. Planning to do a Oxalic acid bath for the cranks and fork soon.

Euro bottom brackets came in late 2002? For the older 125 looks like my97 98 model? A new one is less then a pound lighter geometry the same. Stil race mine at some flat pedal opens.
