Help needed to identify S&M Frame and Forks

I dont know much about Freestyle BMX. I have what I believe to be a S&M freestyle Frame and Fork. I would also like to find out the value because I would like to find someone who would like to purchase it. Here are some photos I took of the S&M, It is chocolate brown in color with chrome forks. The frame has some scratches and chips but I waxed it and it has no bends or dents. The forks are very nice condition with minor specks of surface rust. The frame still hase the seatpost, clamp and Odyssey Evolver brakes. Please ask me any questions to help with the identification. Thanks in advance Click where it says"VISIT MY WEBSITE"

It's a next generation dirtbike or holmes. Dirtbike will have a 20.25 top tube and the holmes will have a 21" top tube.

If the correct wat of measuring the top tube is from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube, it measures 20.25.

The frame weighs ( with the seatpast, seatpost clamp and brake) 9.2 lbs.
The forks weigh 3 lbs
I could pull the componants off the frame if you want an accurate frame weight.
