Even at 38 cents on the dollar, that is great news for those of us who were owed significant amounts by the NBL. The best part being that previous experience with bankruptcy situations had caused me to have very low expectations on both the percentage we would see and the amount of time it would take.

if it's a $.38 on th edollar payout you will get $380.00, better than nothing

Check to make sure your name is on the spreadsheet that is linked in the BMX News article. If it isn't, sorry to say that you're probably SOL at this late stage--though you might call the receiver to be sure.

They already paid to purchase the NBL's assets, and that payment is part of this "pool" of funds. There were also certain receivables that went into the kitty, as well as the $5000 paid by StrateSphere for NBL's share of the GSX stock.
